{The Furches Family} Winston-Salem Family Photographer

This past Saturday morning, I had the opportunity to meet up with the Furches family at Tanglewood. Fortunately for us, the heat wasn't terrible so the kids (and adults) were all pretty happy!

Check out this beautiful family:

And how precious are these faces?

You may recognize the photo below from my "Sneak Peek" on Facebook.
The kids LOVED jumping, and you can see the joy on their faces.
It makes me smile.

Brian and Shannon-
Thank you for the opportunity to capture your beautiful family!
You all are such a joy to be around and there is never a dull moment!

{Gracie} Rural Hall Child Photographer

Last Saturday morning, I had the opportunity to hang out with Gracie and her mom for a mini shoot. It was incredibly hot, but Gracie was a trooper!

Here are a few from our shoot:

To Gracie's Mom and Dad:
You've got such a beautiful, sweet daughter. Thanks for sharing her!

{3rd birthday shoot} Winston-Salem Child Photographer

It's wonderful when you meet someone who shares the same passion you do. So for me, meeting and having the opportunity to shoot with Megan, of M. Gioeli Photography, was super exciting! I attended this 3rd birthday shoot as a second shooter. I find that it's awesome to see what works and doesn't work for other photographers, and second shooting is a way to do that. This little girl was adorable and so sweet, even through the intense heat!

{Warren, Kaden & Odin} Winston-Salem Child Photographer

I had the pleasure of joining these handsome cousins (cousins that are only 3 weeks apart, by the way) for a little photo shoot/play date this past weekend. (You may recognize their precious little faces from here and here.) We spent a little time on a blanket under a shade tree, followed by some time splashing in the pool! I could photograph these little guys all day!

All 3 sweet, precious boys.

Odin

Check out Warren's wrinkled-nose laugh! L-O-V-E it!

A little pre-pool sunscreen...

Kaden, after the pool... He was so serious the entire time! Didn't crack a smile once!

Aren't they adorable?! I'm looking forward to watching these boys grow!

The Perryman Family {Winston-Salem Family Photographer}

The Perrymans were referred to me recently for their family photo session. From our first conversation, I knew they had personality and energy and were going to be a blast to shoot! And I was right! We laughed throughout the entire shoot! (Which meant a few blurry shots, because I couldn't keep the camera from shaking!)

Here's the whole crew:

Check out these pretty ladies! And little Emalia had the giggles here... Too cute for words!

These guys may look serious in this shot, but I can assure you they're not...

Here's their youngest son, Josh and beautiful Brittany.
(We may get to see them again... Maybe for engagement pictures? ;-)...)

Mom and Dad have been together, if I remember correctly, for over 30 years! What an inspiration! And they're obviously still so in love...

Remember little Emalia from above? These are her parents. Such a beautiful couple! And they have such precious little girl!

And here is the little princess of the family, crawling away... The quilt she's on is a family heirloom that they wanted to incorporate into the shoot! I LOVE it!

Emalia on her Daddy's shoulders.

And last, but not least, here's a fun shot of the family. I think these guys have fun wherever they go!

I really enjoyed meeting you guys and spending some time getting to know your family! You all are so blessed to have each other! Hope to see you guys again soon!

Carey {Winston-Salem Maternity Photographer}

I LOVE when my clients are so happy with their photos that they refer their friends and family! The mom of these two cuties, Courtney, was so happy that she contacted her sister and insisted that she do a maternity shoot with me! This past weekend, I met Carey and Paul at Central Park in King to capture some images. The entire time we were shooting, Baby Eli insisted on kicking his mommy in the ribs, but she was a trooper and kept right on going!

Thanks so much Carey and Paul! Little Eli will be here before you know it!
